The interview process was quick and easy. The asked basic customer service questions and not too much preparation was needed. Just make sure you show the interviewer that you are interested and it should be great!

scheduled interview haphazardly. interviewer was not prepared, had to wait for them to find my resume before we could begin. link was not sent on time. and the scope & team structure was unclear.
