Extremely chaotic interview process. I received a text from the recruiter regarding my availability for a phone screening. I was under the impression I was interviewing for a position I had applied for. Recruiter asked me to explain my background and experience, but since they hadn't confirmed what role they were calling me regarding we had a bit of an awkward exchange while he tried to figure out how he got my contact info. Apparently he received it from a friend who had recommended me, and he was interviewing me for a completely different position (one I did not want). Salary for the managerial role was far too low for me to even consider it. The recruiter was extremely sweet and we laughed it off but he never got back to me regarding the position I had applied for. Very disorganized experience.
