I was reached out to via LinkedIn from someone from Talent Acquisition based in NY who asked if I was interested in exploring a role at LiveRamp. I wasn't initially in the job market but after learning more from him about the role, I decided to apply. After a couple of days, I had a phone interview with Recruiting from the San Francisco office who was super friendly and gauged my overall interest and fit within the company. After successfully passing that round, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager who asked some more questions on my familiarity with LiveRamp and their data capabilities. We had a great conversation and he invited me to come in for the final step which was an onsite interview in the NYC office. The onsite consisted of several interviews with members of his team and delivering a 30 minute presentation. Overall, the LiveRamp job application process felt very efficient and organized from beginning to end. I felt like every stage served a purpose and allowed me to truly connect with the company in order to demonstrate why I wanted to work there. I was updated all along the way from Talent Acquisition and kept me informed as my job application process progressed. I felt appreciated for my time and efforts throughout the whole process. On the day of the onsite interview, I was greeted with friendly smiles and given a tour of the New York office. The New York office had a relaxed feel and laid back culture which I definitely appreciated and felt right at home. I was introduced to a couple members of the team, and shown some of the office perks (i.e. fully stocked kitchen, lounge with video games, etc). When I met with the hiring manager and his team, I also felt like I could definitely see myself working at LiveRamp. Overall, super positive experience through and through!
