I had a call from a fantastic, enthusiastic recruiter named Nadine, who had seen my CV and realised that many aspects of it matched a role at Lloyds. That whole experience was very positive, as were the follow-up calls and the eventual interview. The first interview was an informal chat to see if the role would be a good fit, and the second was more technical, but still very sociable and friendly. It looks like a good place to work, with great people. Nadine called back to offer me the role, and again, with positivity and enthusiasm, described the benefits offered.
