The assessment day had group exercise, individual pre-work to present and individual interview and a technical assessment. The technical assessment was a talk-through to design the solution based on the question and while coding.

Assessment centre with activities to assess motivation and reasons why want to join Lloyds. Data skills, etc. Had a mix of group exercises and interviews. Was fun and engaging and was able to ask questions.

The assessment centre and offer process was ran in a very structured way. The HR agency did a really great job and were very attentive when it came to detailiing the next steps and keeping applicants informed.
