Not typical banking application process. The online form was just submitting tour CV , they didn't require you to answer any competency or motivation questions. I then got an invitation for a telephone interview, where they mainly asked competency questions (e.g. teamwork, etc), and also were quite inistent on findig out why I wanted to workfor lloyds and for commercial banking. They also spent quite some time testing my knowledge of the industry.
