Technical interview with standard technical questions, I was asked to look at a piece of code and explain it and other generic questions about my soft skills and my strengths and weaknesses

normal stuff about data analysis and what one brings to the table,no hassles during the entire process.clear transparent articulation of the job description and expectations.the process initially was a bit cumbersome but eventually moved to a smoother route once the intial rounds were done.testing was conducted on skillsets mentioned and the skillsets were tested based on logical reasoning and every candidate is respected for their inputs and additional insights and enquiries are welcomed which was a breath of fresh air .
