Similar to big hotel chains such as Fairmont, Swissotel, they made you complete a lengthy online assessment to check your suitability. Understood some of my response may not be what the interviewing manager was looking for, had to 're-do' some questions. Not sure why but shouldn't a face to face chat and presentation of my past and present credentials counts? Moving forward, met the head of the property, had a fruitful, and grilling discussion. After the interview, completely ghosted with no courtesy of informing me that they are not moving forward. Only thru a recent met up with an industry contact, they hired someone for the head office to oversee this property. I have heard feedback from people that they simply ghost you after an interview. Do you need a response do matter to the candidate?
