(Could call it 'Viva' instead.) * To the point interview (No ice breakers, No introduction). * No acknowledgement for the questions answered. * Be prepared for theoretical questions. (Usually asked when candidate has no industry experience; but should not be asked when the candidate has already worked many projects) * No programming related questions asked * Did not ask about previous work experience and the achievements Long story short, interview could have been better if it was taken as a discussion of qualifications but it felt more like a oral examination. PS: Try not to get demotivated if they make you feel stupid and dumb. I will definitely turn down the offer, if presented.
