Entretien
Interview was split into two parts:
The first part was a case interview. More or less typical of consulting positions. The recruiter gave an open ended business problem/question. Simply designed to analyze your thinking process. Very few details were given, must come up with your own logical assumptions and explain them. Recruiter will talk with you about your assumptions and occasionally give you more information or give you an assumption for you to work off of.
The second part was a behavioral and situational interview. Most questions pretty standard, nothing too unexpected.

Question 1
Assume there is a university that does not have your program (major). How would you convince the Dean (who knows nothing about the program) to create this program? Also, why would you be the best person to do it?
Impressive hiring and interview process. After a couple of phone screens, they would fly you down there to meeting with various focus (tech, business, finance, hr) to paint a complete picture of what they do and then make an assessment and continue onto the next steps.
