The interview process involves situational questions about potential experiences you might have if employed there. The panel was very informative and articulate but more important passionate about what they do. It was a great experience.

Group interview, scenario based questions, knowledgeable interview panel of supervisors, allowed for follow up questions. Thoroughly explained the position details. Met other potential employees. Other applicants were there for the mission and not just a paycheck.
