relaxed atmosphere and more like a friendly chat than an interview. manager seemed honest with any questions i had to ask. let’s hope he’s a man of his word with regards to shift patterns etc

Entretien
I was contacted by phone for an interview. I went to the company's location for one interview with the branch manager. The day of the interview I was given a driving test with one of the armored vehicles to assess how well I would perform. After waiting a week or so, I was scheduled for a polygraph examination. After passing the polygraph, I was given a drug test and physical examination a few days later. I was offered the job and began the work a couple of weeks later.
I found the people of the company to be very nice and the structure of the company to be very well organized.

Entretien
When i got there i was greeted by the intercom after standing for a few minutes i was let in by the branch manager he was very Professional i was immediately wanded and let in where we went to a conference room and discussed every part of the job he answered all my questions promptly and professionally and when i left i had no doubt that i wanted the job
Very unprofessional interview process. The manager answered multiple phone calls during the process, didn't really ask any questions about my experience/training/background and just talked about how he had climbed up the ladder the whole time. They hired me but wouldn't give me a quote on their starting wage until after i had already taken the physical/drug test. Went to fill out my hiring paperwork and he told me the starting wage was 10.80, and that i'd have to carry my personal gun, and would have to buy my own bulletproof vest ($200-$1000). I declined his offer and discontinued the hiring process.
