The interview process was easy and they just hired whoever looked good honestly. They ask pretty reasonable questions like why would you like to work for us and what would you bring to the company. They also ask about your previous job and I feel this is to see if you need the job or not. The call back process is stressful and takes forever though, good luck with that.
Very easy, fast asked me a few questions about my job history, and what I like to do in my free time. Was told to be expecting offer letter within a day.

It was a phone interview due to Covid. Routine interview questions. Explained the hiring process and what the roles were at Loomis. Explained the job I was hiring for.
