The initial call was with 1 of the co-founders, skype interview was with both founders, and physical interview was with both of the founders. They wanted to know about my in depth skills and experiences in the industry, as well as my personal career goals. I felt like they were interested in figuring out the type of person I was, instead of your basic interview (how you look on paper). I could tell that they were very motivated in making the business become the next big thing and were interested to know about my creative knowledge/drive.
