Unprofessional - Interview questions were fielded in a disarming and charming way which at first seemed to be a cultural norm although it was suspect and unethical. Apparently the interviewer had ulterior motives for personal and selfish gains through such tactics. Later on, many other established employees came forward with similar complaints. To this day, this officer continues to manipulate and has gained power accordingly because of such "skills".
