The hiring process: 20 minutes call with team member, A two-part take home coding assignment, 30 minutes call with hiring manager, 45 minutes in-person panel interview at the stadium with the entire team (7 people in total lol). For me, all the interviews were short but felt long because they really grilled you. I definitely came across as too stiff because I was so freaking nervous :(

There were two large group interviews. Each round had around 6 candidates and a few staff members conducting the interview. Each candidate had a chance to answer each question. It's challenging going up against other candidates in the same room.
