J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Love Home Swap en févr. 2020
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter from an agency, she described the company and the role in detail, Love Home Swap was looking for a new developer (React) I said to the recruiter that my experience is on Angular, she said they were open to developers with framework experience who would be happy leaning React. I accepted the appointment for a phone interview with the head of Technology, the interview went very well even when I highlighted the fact that my experience was pure Angular, he replied the same thing as the recruiter. Next day I had a call from the recruiter saying they were happy to continue in the process and I was given a technical test, I completed the test and I sent it back to them, the head of Technology gave me a good review on my coding skills and they made a new appointment for the final state, same day I received a call from the Recruiter saying they cannot see me because I was not a React expert. WTF? this is very disrespectful, I've been wasting my time and effort dealing with these clowns

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Love Home Swap
Entretien
The company contacted me through hired.com.
First we scheduled an introductory call, where I presented myself and described my ambitions.
Nothing to complicated here.
After a day or so they got back with positive feedback and sent me instructions for the code test.
I completed the test well in time. After I shared the test with their tech lead, they said it will take a couple of days to review...
One week after this conversation I received a message that they were no longer looking for candidates and had put the role on pause.
I would have appreciated knowing this before investing time in the code test.
