Initial phone interview with HR was very friendly and informative.
I was then asked to come into the offices for my first round face-to-face interview with my potential boss. Again, very friendly and it was very clear that they were very much interested in getting to know me as a person to ensure I was a good cultural fit. Questions were competency-based around my previous experiences.
Final round interview was a couple of weeks later with two of the company founders, each interviewing me individually. These were a little more challenging as they did not shy away from asking some tougher questions (mainly competency-based).
Overall it was clear that it was very important to them that I fit in with the unique company culture, therefore also gave me lots of opportunities to ask my own questions and get to know the company as well.

It was a structured interview but the HR team was very friendly. Office seems nice and flexible working options. Liked the feel of the company from what I understood from the initial interview

General experience: really unprofessional. Worst HR.
Did not hear from them for a month. Even tough they get back to you within 2 weeks.
As a first step I had phone interview. The HR-Person was not on her desk so the interview got pushed back by 1 hour without any apology. As well no information given about the salary.
Second interview in the office, again I did not get any information about the salary. Interview itself was ok.
Same HR-Person than told me they will get back to me after 2 days - never heard of them again. I tried to E-Mail and ring them a couple of times over the time period of a month - no answer. Even if I get a job offer of them now I would definitely not take it as they seem so amateur and unprofessional.
