The interview process was disorganized. I had a sense that the managers interviewing me (5 rounds) were almost all overwhelmed and overworked. Some of them weren't mindful of time (a 30 min. call ran nearly 90 min.) I had to keep chasing down the recruiter to find out next steps, he was not very responsive.
