Applied and asked for interview availability by the DM the same day, which I replied to same day. Didn't hear back from her for over a week, finally had the video interview on a Friday, was told I would hear back about next steps by the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with nothing, same with Thursday. I finally sent a follow up email Friday morning, which got responded to that an update would be sent out by end of day....never came. I followed up again a few days later and never received a response. Horrible communication, no sense of urgency. DM seemed super scattered and disorganized on the video interview, I think I dodged a bullet.

Had a video call with one of the recruitment team, which was a very one-sided conversation where my answers were frequently cut off. I was completly ghosted after this discussion, despite being told I would progress to the next round.
