I first applied online, then completed online questionnaire this was lengthy and repetitive, chose agree, disagree or neutral then 4 places inbetween, a phone screening and in person interview that included 2 team members

Entretien
I applied online, I got a call within the next few days to schedule an interview. On the day of the interview, I went to the store and interviewed with the HR Manager and Store Manager. The interview itself was several basic questions (about availability, etc), and a few questions asking to provide a situation I've been in that demonstrates my capabilities.
