If you can get a call for an interview you've almost certainly got the job. From time it's posted to the time someone is actually hired is sometimes months because the area manager is so slow in the process.

SItuational based questions for 80% of the interview and then just basic management and how you would resolve a basic problem
First round is a recruiter phone screening, then an interview with the District APM, followed by a 1:1 with the store manager. Process took a few weeks, but the interviews were straight forward.
