Many questions involving situation types and answer back with one of your experiences whether on the job, personal or volunteer and how did you handle it. That is a majority of the interview while they take notes of your response. It starts of with "Tell me about a time when you..." Be ready for it!

After a few days after applying for the job, they called me for an interview. I was interviewed by two people. The questions are your usual "describe a time, what was the situation, and what did you do." They had the same questions but was reworded. They were formal with the interview.
