Had two different interviews for different positions. Probably one of the worst examples of talent acquisition organization. They contract out there talent acquisition, and in return they get poor quality recruiting services. Had a recruiter that routinely missed interviews, failed to respond to emails. This is after they asked if I was available for an interview within a day or two, and I responded quickly yes. They didnt respond back for weeks. Then they missed a scheduled interview. Finally I received a proper Lowe's Talent team member, and expressed the concerns with getting yanked around. They continued to throw the unprofessional recruiter, that continued to miss interviews. If this company cared about reflection's they would allow candidates to provide feedback, on how they are being treated, rather than treating everyone as if they are a beggar looking for a job.
