First you have a 30 minute phone screen and then you're invited into the office for an on-site interview. They tell you the job duties but don't ask many questions. It was a breeze but what made me lose all confidence in this company was when they called me back immediately after my on-site and left a voicemail asking me to come back for another round. I immediately returned the call and left a voicemail then heard nothing back until a week later when they sent me a rejection letter. When I asked why I received that when I was contacted to come back in and the recruiter simply said they called the wrong person. Fine, but it was incredibly rude for the original recruiter to ghost me after he made a mistake. Very unprofessional recruiting experience for a company that literally does recruiting. Stay away from this company.

Welcoming at front area. Great conversation with manager. Asked more than the tell me about yourself, typical questions. The interview was more thought provoking. Thankful for the time and experience.
