This form will include a question along of the lines of, "Tell me a story of a time growing up where you learned a lesson, or went above and beyond to complete a task." 2. Interview with recruiter. A recruiter will call you and ask you some basic questions about yourself to see if you're a good fit for Lucid. Tell them that you value company culture, and that you are looking for a place who values their employees in return. 3. Three more sets of interviews with the QA team.
