The first and only interview that I had was a 30-minute phone interview, which was arranged via email. The interviewer asked questions like, why am I applying for a sales internship, when my background is more creative... why am I applying for an internship if I am graduating in the spring...

video interview, phone interview then in person. They were quick to response and vert clear on what they wanted. However, when I didn't did the job they ask me to review how they did, I asked them the same question and never heard back.....

I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. I had a phone interview and then a Skype interview. I thought all the questions were straightforward and purposeful, and really tried to gauge fit both for me and their company. Didn't end up working out but was an overall good experience.
