The process took approximately 3 months. I applied in December and was emailed about an interview in Feb. I then had the interview in March on teams with two people from Delta-Simons which lasted approx 40 minutes in total.

Normal style graduate interview process. General questions and questions relating to environmental work and experience. Interview was over Microsoft Teams and lasted about 40 minutes. One to one interview with a higher member of the team.
