It was an 45 minutes interview with multiple people working at Lufthansa present (3 if I remember correctly). Short introduction of each other, followed by questions from them, closing with opportunity to ask questions back.

After sending my application, I received an invitation for a phone interview two weeks later. The interview was just 30 minutes and it was pretty standardized, there were questions about my resume, my motivation and how I'd behave in certain (conflict) situations.
