telephonic interview and face to face interview. pretty simple interview. first they wanted to know all about me and my personality and few skill questions were thrown on my way.
They sent me a hirevue and different reading comprehension games. You had to go between different categories and and answer questions based on that. It was pretty similar to a SAT reading section.

The interview process at Lumen was quick and easy. The recruiter was a dream to work with, very responsive. My process included 3 interviews, and they were clear and communicative about next steps.

Was contacted via LinkedIN a few times for an interview, pressuring me to take one during the work day. I eventually agreed, but once it was time for the interview- no one attended the call nor responded to me after the fact.
