interview process is very long. HR person called me at Belapur office .He gave me a test paper for network and server . I solved the paper he took the paper to technical person . Then technical person came and took my interview and left . Then HR person confirmed that technical round is cleared and there will be HR round . I was waiting for HR round more than 2 hours. Finally He sent me to HR . There was a two ladies and stared asking technical question i answered all . After completion of interview one of lady told me that they have to send the resume to US technical team . After 2 week i got the reply that US technical team rejected the resume and they didn't tell me the reason.

I was called in for an interview for a NOC Engineer. Walked in the door and instead of getting an interview, was told to fill out what looked like 100 stolen questions from a MCSE exam. Quickly skimmed through them as most didn't have anything to do with the position. Was later interviewed by someone who clearly didn't have any say-so in hiring. Was called back for a second interview and denied. I can tell a poorly managed company when I see one.
