Super simple, the best way to describe it is they asked me if I could swim and how well. I proved I could and they are training on what form I should use. The interview made me feel like they were looking for skill and experience not just filling a seat

The initial questionnaire has you filling out SAT style questions, including complex math & logical reasoning problems that are completely irrelevant to sales. Don't waste your time with this company.
