How do you keep up to date with the latest technologies?

Entretien
First a call with one "hr" like person and technical person. Really nice people, I could talk with them very honestly.
Secondly I was invited for in house coding test. I sat with two other coders for a small pair programming session on a problem they had prepared. It took us maybe 30 minutes.
Then I had a call with "hr" + COO and it was also really nice experience. Took maybe 45 minutes. We talked more in details to see if we match financially etc.
