Interview was conducted in 4 stages. 1: telephone call with a team member. Mostly asking about who you are and what attracted you to Luno and what can they do from their side to win you over. 2: Onsite interview: Some whiteboard coding questions with 2 team members. 1 hour. Second interview with manager, some personality style questions and some design questions. 3: Social: Luno invites you to a social gathering they have weekly. 4: Reference checks

Very rushed and impersonal. Interviewers seemed completely disinterested and made the process insanely awkward and uncomfortable and robotic. They made it feel like I was just a random number with no name they put through the grinder.
