I had three separate interviews - the first two were brief, the last one was spent listening to a manager talk about her history

The interview is pretty easy. You will be asked the basic interview questions and some personal questions about how you will fit in with the group. A large part of the interview will be listening to the manager talk about her experiences. You just have to act like your listening.
