The interview process at Lyka consisted of four rounds. The initial screening allowed me to present my background, followed by a take-home coding challenge. The third round involved live coding to build upon the take-home assignment, assessing real-time problem-solving skills. The final round, with the Engineering Manager, focused on discussions about overall software development practices and live system design. This well-rounded process showcased the company's commitment to a thorough evaluation, emphasizing practical skills and alignment with their development practices.
