Three separate interviews. First one is pointless. They just ask about yourself. When I asked questions about the job the interviewer said it will be discussed in the second interview. If i had some answers in the first interview I would have never gone for the second. The second interview was just talking about the job. I was upset because I felt that the application did not match up to the job. The job is basically a completely commission based job.

Walking into the office I was very nervous but they were all so friendly and made the interview process feel very comfortable. The girl that did my second round interview was very business motivated and showed how much opportunity and growth there is throughout this company. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered!
