I applied directly initially but was declined, same application via a recruiter was accepted, would have cost them a fee for nothing. Three interview process, first stage went well as phone interview great questions, good interest and very professional. Second stage was arranged slowly, Second interview seemed to go well but that is where it ended for me. I have had no feed back, the recruiter has had no feedback, I know the position is filled. I asked via LinkedIn for feedback, nothing. The way you're treated after two interviews is appalling and has put me off ever working or recommending them as a good place to work
