Did both a phone call and zoom interview. Had a great time doing both! Spoke with Nick and Tracy extensively about the position and what the expectations are. Went over benefits, pay, and day to day activities.

Streamlined and efficient interview process. First interview: phone call with recruiter to screen candidates and ensure they’re qualified and willing to fulfill duties. Second interview: in-person with a sales manager, asked questions about conflict-resolution. Third interview: met with regional Vice President to discuss goals and vision.
