2 minute phone interview on conference line with several people. Other candidates were calling in at the same time to do their phone interview as well. They didn't ask any coding questions.

They interviewed and made me take a very difficult test. I failed it and now they wont return my phone calls. It was an ICD-10 test and it's a new coding system so how could they expect anyone to pass it?

Fairly straight forward and simple. The recruiter was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the entire process. Took less than 72 hours to be on boarded. If you get a call from a recruiter from this company I suggest you take the position.
