One on one, very comfortable yet probing. Human resources very well prepared and knowledgeable. Brief plant tour to follow then back to one on one for any questions the candidate might have and an opportunity to answer these questions
There is no real interview. They just want to know if you can be on time and be ready to work. They have a high turn over rate and probably assume most people won't work there for more than a few months.
