I applied through my college and i forwarded my CV along with cover letter to the Company and after 2 days I received a phone call from the company and it was the telephonic round the hr asked me few question and it goes around 20 minutes of conversation and the asked me that they will inform me by tomorrow

when they found I am a perfect fit for the company , they hold me for a week and then when I called back , they said yes you can join now.

There were 5 rounds-1st telephonic, 2nd team manager, 3rd Practice Manager, 4th CEO, 5th HR round. All took three days to complete. Rounds werent that difficult but they basically checked the communication skills and how passionate we are towards recruitment. Very good people i must say,
