Started with the online application and psychometric testing. Then was invited to an assessment day where there was a competency based interview (2 on 1), a group exercise (case study analysing artificial projects and making decisions), lunch, and a Q&A section where one staff member showed you something and asked your opinion of it to try and assess how you think.

Over 2-3 months. After application there is a game test and then after that there is a pre recorded interview where they ask questions based on scenarios they provide. Then there is an online assessment centre where you work in a group to discuss a current company policy and how to improve it. Then there is a 1 on 1 interview where you are asked very generic questions like " would you prefer to work in a team or alone". There are a few technical questions too that only require verbal answers.

Manpower mi ha contattato e mi ha chiesto di fare un colloquio conoscitivo e adesso poi devo passare al colloquio tecnico che si terrà a breve con quelli che lavorano in MBDA
