Starts with an introduction to the company, then group exercise which for our group was deciding how to invest a companies funds. We then had lunch which was followed by a 10 minute presentation and 5 minutes q&a(in front of staff) on a topic you will have been given in advance. The day then ends on an interview which lasts around an hour. The staff are friendly throughout and want you to do your best so overall I thought it was a good day even though I wasn't successful. Try to be assertive during the group assessment if you have something to say but don't overdo it and ensure you make eye contact during the presentation. The interview is competency based so make sure you know how to answer the standard questions.
