The recruitment process felt overall quite superficial and not as in-depth as expected for a role of this type.
Across the three interviews, I noticed a strong repetition of the same questions, with very limited progression in terms of depth or exploration of different competencies. This made the process feel somewhat redundant and did not allow for a truly comprehensive assessment.
In addition, many of the questions were quite leading — it was relatively easy to understand what kind of answer was expected, which reduces the opportunity for a genuine and spontaneous exchange.
Finally, I found the duration of the interviews rather limited, which further contributed to the perception of a process that was not fully thorough.
Overall, while the interaction was professional, the structure of the selection process could benefit from greater depth, variety in questioning, and more time dedicated to meaningful discussion.
