It starting with a phone call, followed by interview with hiring manager and culminating in a decision and offer. Hiring manager assess my skills, experience, and cultural fit before making a job offer. Background checks was also apart of the process.

the interview process was simple and easy going there was not anything negative about it was just smooth sailing. not one time did I feel uncomfortable. very professional I'm usually very nervous for interviews but they made me feel very relaxed.
