Efficient. Contacted by recruiter, given jobs details and company history. Make sure that the requirements of the company and the individual are mutually beneficial. Then send you on your in-person interview, where they get a good feel for your attitude and aptitude. Then all your standard background check and so on.

Was a great interview process. Martin had other mechanics join in on the interview to ask me questions. We afterwords toured the facility, saw the equipment and the maintenance shop
