First round was to submit a coding exercise.
Then I was called for a face to face interview. Weirdly, they didn't ask me anything about the code I submitted. Not even to verify if I did the code myself.
And then was rejected because of not enough experience in one of the technologies they are after.

Entretien
Phone interview with HR department (super nice people), followed by a coding exercise (easy), followed by an interview (easy if you're specialized in what you're applying for; they are not looking for generally good developers, but for people who know everything within the domain they are applying for), followed by nothing (Its now been a month).
The whole process is very slow, which I guess is to be expected given its a bank. The marketing department does a great job at implying Me Bank is different, and perhaps it is, but its still within the constraints of being a bank.
