Applied on-line, received an e-mail requesting a phone screening. Had phone screening and then asked to set up an in person interview. The in person interview consisted of a panel of people (6 I believe) asking different questions. Didn't seem very structured. After the interview I followed up with a thank you e-mail but never heard back from anyone. I think it's unprofessional to not let candidates know when a position has been filled or to give any feedback on the interview.
