I applied Apr 6, the recruiter said they would get back to me with interview times for the next week but I didn't hear back until April 27. The recruiter reached out for an onsite interview on May 11 but when I reached out didn't respond until June 1. Everyone I meet during my onsite was unprepared: I'm given a coding exercise but they did not provide a computer for me so I had to write my solution on paper; despite applying for a senior position I'm given an intro-to-Python style quiz (also on paper); the hiring manager leaves me by myself for 45 minutes after someone else said he would back to talk to me twice. After the interview on Thursday they say they'll follow up on Friday, I email back Monday to follow up and am told they'll make a decision by Tuesday. I have to email them for another week to get a decision.
